Tracking says delivered... but no parcel?
Take a deep breath and do a quick scan around your place. Check all entrances, the garage, behind the pot plant, under the doormat - you know the spots. Ask your housemates and neighbours too, just in case it was safely stashed nearby.
Still MIA? Your next step is to contact the delivery carrier using your tracking number - they can usually give you the full scoop (sometimes parcels are waiting at the local post office for pickup).
If you've chatted with the carrier and your parcel is still playing hide-and-seek, email us at support@boostjuicemerch.com.au with your case or reference number, and we’ll get our team onto it.
What is your return policy?
Change of Mind
We don’t accept returns or exchanges if you’ve simply changed your mind.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, email us at support@boostjuicemerch.com.au. We’ll check it out and do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
my order has arrived damaged!
We’re really sorry that an item you’ve been waiting for has arrived damaged! Please send us an email at support@boostjuicemerch.com.au with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we’ll sort it out. Whether it’s a replacement or refund, we’ve got your back (and your bucket hat).
My order says "unfulfilled"
It just means your order is still being packed up and hasn’t shipped out yet. Our warehouse team is working hard, so please allow 1–4 business days for processing.
Once it’s on the move, your parcel will be delivered within the time frame you selected at checkout - excluding weekends and public holidays.

i have made an error when placing my order - how to I update my details?
If you need to make changes, please email us ASAP at support@boostjuicemerch.com.au with your order number and details.
We move quickly (smoothies aren’t the only thing we blend fast), so once your order is confirmed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
If your order has already been shipped - you can return it following our returns process above.
how can i track my delivery?
Once you’ve placed your order, sit tight - we’ll send you a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You’ll be able to use that number to follow your parcel’s journey once it leaves our fulfilment store and hits the road.
